Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Domestic shipping within 3-5 days is available at a cost of UGX 4800.
Please note: orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

Free shipping during the event on Dec.8-Jan.8.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at aiwibi@kingdomtrading.limited with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping Delays
In case of any shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances like severe weather, natural disasters, or other disruptions, we will notify you promptly with updates.
